Great, & Sometimes Obscure, #Comicbook Tie-Ins of the #70s

   The 70’s saw some great leaps in entertainment technology. Movies became more expansive. TV had great syndicated shows and Saturday Morning Cartoons were in their Golden Age. Toys were easily produced and widely accessible. Comics and Magazines were some of the best avenues for all of the aforementioned outlets to showcase their properties.

   Here are some great comics from that era, a bygone age that we’ll never see the likes of again.

   Some large omissions from this list, in my opinion, would be Filmation’s version of Flash Gordon, Hanna Barbera’s Space Ghost, or Doctor Who. I realize Doctor Who had a dedicated Magazine with some comic book type features, but it wasn’t a monthly full length illustrated book.
