Theory: Thor Ragnarok Planet

We all remember this…Agent-Simmons-in-Kree-Monolith-Agents-of-SHIELD   Just going to plop this down for everybody to think about, but I think we have already seen the “new” planet where Thor and Hulk are going.

The Kree Monolith was a gateway to a planet. Which planet? Hmmm… Perhaps Kree? More than likely. We’ve had a few Kree connections in “Guardians of the Galaxy” and “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”. Ragnarok is, traditionally, a tale of the end of the world, in which (Thousand plus year old Spoiler)  Thor dies.

I am pretty positive that this won’t be a “Planet Hulk”, but it should be a buddy flick, full of fun, laughs and incredible battles. Oh, also, I don’t think that they will actually kill off the Son of Odin but there will probably be a huge change in his world.

This afternoon I imaged surfed into this fight. My only issue is Hal Jordan’s (Green Lantern) costume isn’t correct for the era. Minor detail… or is it a major nerd geek-tail? Either way this awesomely epic image is epic and was done in 2001 but I cannot seem to make out the artist’s name.

Excelsior!
